The industrial and socio-economic development plans of Bulgaria and Romania, based also on the development of increasing technology SMEs, foresee the intake of know-how from other countries with particular impact on the ICT sector.. Such finalization of the technology is very developed in Liguria, for the presence of a relatively high number of high technology SMEs that have realized the technological infrastructures supporting "Multiutilities" of the Region and beyond. The present Project proposes to realize a structure that creates a permanent contact among the high technology SMEs of Liguria and local SMEs to the purpose of facilitating the transfer of technology and the consequent instruction of the local operators through the implementation of projects and products in such areas. The project encompasses two phases: during the first phase the project will be activated with the agreement of all the participants, the actuation methodologies and tools of the cooperation will be made available (logistics, methods and means of communication, financial, human and material resources) and the initiative will be operationally on its way up to reaching a sufficient degree of self-sustainability. The second phase will cover Project Management requirements. The Project is foreseen to start in march 2009 and to end in August 2010.
